Middleton Gymnastics Club (MGC) is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company established in 1986, based in Middleton, Greater Manchester. Led by Head of Coaching Glenn Prendergast, the club offers a wide range of gymnastics classes for all ages — from Gymtots (2–5 yrs) and Gymfants (5–7 yrs) through to Recreational, Development, Competitive, and Adult gymnastics.
All coaches are fully qualified, DBS-checked ex-gymnasts who came up through the MGC system. With over 320 members per week, MGC prides itself on being a close-knit community focused on developing confidence, fitness, and a love of the sport in a safe and fun environment.
