Mind Body Pilates is run by Leanne Grayshon, a Pilates Foundation instructor who first discovered Pilates in 2006 and began teaching in 2012. The studio offers group Pilates classes for all abilities in Bristol and the Stroud District, as well as private one-to-one sessions.

Group classes are kept to a maximum of 12 and are taught in an informal and friendly style, with levels ranging from beginners and gentle to mixed ability and improvers. Pilates is offered as an inclusive programme suitable for athletes, those recovering from injury, and people with long-term back or health complaints.
