It offers a fully equipped gym with cardio equipment, weight stations and a free-weights area, plus a 20-metre indoor heated swimming pool for lane swimming or a relaxing dip. A thermal suite with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi supports post-workout recovery.

Expert personal trainers create tailor-made programmes beginning with a one-to-one consultation, with 30-minute sessions available solo or as a couple. Around 15 group fitness classes run each week, from cardio, strength and conditioning to spinning, yoga and aqua aerobics.

Annual and shorter memberships are available for singles, couples, families, corporate and active-retired members, and hotel residents get complimentary access during their stay. Luxury changing rooms with vanity stations and lockers and free car parking are included.
