Move Pilates is a dynamic Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates studio in the heart of Sandycove, Dublin, with Barre Sculpt also part of the offer. Low-impact, full-body classes build strength, mobility and stability and suit every body. Classes come in three levels: Move 1 (Beginner), Mixed Move (Open) and Power Move (Advanced).

Highly qualified instructors teach in a calm, welcoming space, and the studio hosts community events and workshops throughout the year. It was founded by Nikki, a Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Personal Training coach with over 16 years' experience, around the ideas of movement, connection and community.
