Mum-Dance James Allen's Girls'

Mum-Dance is a dance fitness class concept offering low-impact, high-sweat workouts set to 80s school disco smash hits, with simple and hilarious routines suitable for all fitness levels. The network also runs 90s/00s classes at select locations.

Classes are held across the UK, Ireland, Gibraltar and the USA, and are designed to feel like a girls' night out — no dance experience required. A 'Walk You In Buddy' scheme ensures no one arrives alone. The James Allen's Girls' School location in East Dulwich, London is one of many venues where local licensed instructors run Mum-Dance classes.
