MummyYoga is a specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga studio founded by Dr. Rehana Jawadwala, PhD in exercise physiology.

Classes are designed for all trimesters and all levels, blending evidence-based movement science with ancient yoga practices — breath work, positive visualisation, and relaxation techniques — to build physical strength and mental resilience through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.

The studio also offers postnatal and babywearing yoga (Keep Me Close), birth preparation workshops, stress and anxiety management, and an accredited 280-hour Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training programme recognised by FEDANT and endorsed by Attachment Parenting UK.

Both in-studio and on-demand classes are available, alongside a free community support initiative, Mothers' Mental Health Matters (#MMhM).
