Mysore Bristol is an Ashtanga Yoga studio in Bristol rooted in the traditional lineage of Mysore, South India.

Led by two KPJAYI Authorised Teachers, Christine Gregory and Jon Hancock, the studio offers Mysore-style morning classes (open to all levels including complete beginners), a Monday evening Ashtanga Led class, and a Saturday traditional counted-led Primary Series class. Classes are held at Bristol School of Yoga in St Paul's and at the teachers' home shala in Westbury-on-Trym.

Private and corporate sessions are also available, along with annual workshops with visiting teachers.
