Namaste Youth Yoga is a children's and teen yoga studio based at The Ennis Yoga Studio in Friary Car Park, Francis Street, Ennis, County Clare. Founded by Zara Madden Kent, it offers yoga classes for children and teenagers that build strength, balance and flexibility in body and mind.

Sessions combine yoga poses with mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, visualisation and relaxation. Younger groups enjoy playful classes with warm-ups, adventure-story poses, yoga games and imaginative meditations, while teen classes focus on perfecting poses and sequences, with more pranayama, relaxation and yoga nidra.

Age-group classes run on Saturdays during school term, with workshops, retreats and camps organised in school holidays and bank holiday weekends. The studio also brings its programme to creches, primary and secondary schools and sports clubs, backed by warm testimonials from local schools.
