Nic Moy Yoga offers weekly yoga classes, private yoga sessions, online classes, and monthly Yin & Soundbath sessions in Chesterfield, Dronfield, and Bamford in the Hope Valley.

Classes are friendly, inclusive, and suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners, rooted in the Hatha tradition with a focus on mindful movement, breath work, meditation, and relaxation. Nic holds a 500-hour Level 4 Diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga and is also a Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited children's yoga teacher.
