Nine Lives Yoga Loft

Nine Lives Yoga is a collaborative and celebratory yoga experience led by Cat Duval, a Senior Yoga Teacher who has been practising since 2002 and teaching since 2010.

The offering blends movement, mindfulness, and play through a range of group and partnered formats including Thai Massage, Acroyoga, Partner Yoga Tantra, Human Mandala Yoga Ceremony, the Nine Lives Yoga Rave Experience, and Collaborative Team Flow.

Sessions are designed to build trust, deepen connection, and foster a sense of belonging — for couples, solos, groups, and corporate teams alike. Cat also offers teacher training and mentoring for yoga teachers and wellness professionals wishing to integrate collaborative practices into their own classes.
