Classes include 45-minute Strength & Tone sessions, a Saturday circuit class, yoga-inspired Balance classes suitable for all fitness levels, and a 30-minute online Stretch session. Online memberships give access to live and pre-recorded workouts, and The Midlife Method is a four-week programme supporting strength, energy and health through peri and post menopause.

One-to-one personalised training is also available, all grounded in research-based, up-to-date guidance.
