Space @ KIC is the Kildare Innovation Campus location of Space Gym, a premium wellness gym that sets out to be more than a traditional gym. Its approach centres on classes, personal training, premium equipment and community, summed up as energise, connect and belong. Group PT-style classes are capped at 12 people (10 in Pilates) and suit all abilities.

The timetable covers Space HIIT, Space LIFT, Space Pilates, Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Virtual Yoga, Space Boxercise and Space Rox. New members are onboarded by a personal trainer who assesses their wellness needs and builds a tailor-made programme. The Space brand also offers a Scandinavian sauna and Technogym equipment, and members describe a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
