Total Body TEC is a private, one-to-one EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) training studio in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, run by trainer Gerard, who has eleven years of EMS experience. Clients train on a medically certified miha bodytec system, working every major muscle group at once in a 20-minute session, with no weights and little joint strain.

Sessions are by appointment for one client or one couple at a time, and the focus covers weight loss, toning, strength, back and posture support, menopause, over-50s fitness and golf performance. The studio also offers a free InBody 270 body composition scan and red light therapy for recovery.

New clients can try a free 12-minute session with a scan and no hard sell, then choose once- or twice-weekly membership.
