Endeavour Gym

Endeavour Gym is a coaching-led personal training facility in Fonthill Business Park, Lucan (Dublin 22), built for busy adults who want structure rather than a standard gym membership. It is not an open-access gym: every session is planned and coached, with progress monitored.

Most members train in Semi-Private Personal Training, a small-group format of no more than six members per coach, typically around three sessions a week. One-to-one Personal Training is available as a confidence-building starting point before moving into Semi-Private.

With almost 20 years of coaching behind it, the studio suits people who want experienced coaches to take responsibility for the structure and progression of their training. New members start with a free coaching consultation.
