Coco & Salt Reformer

Coco & Salt is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio above The Grafton Barber on Vesey Terrace in Lucan, Co. Dublin, founded by Louise, who has practised Pilates for over ten years and taught for two. Classes are deliberately small and intimate, so every client feels seen, encouraged and guided to move in a way that suits them.

The timetable runs from Reformer Essentials for beginners and returners, through Reformer Flow for those ready to progress, to Reformer Rise, an improvers and mixed-level class. Clients can start with a 3-class intro offer, buy flexible class packs or join a monthly membership that includes priority booking.

The studio's philosophy balances lightness and flow with grounding strength, making Pilates time for yourself.
