ABC Gym LUCAN @The Crossings Adamstown

ABC Gym is a coaching-first gym for people in their 30s, 40s and 50s who aren't professional athletes but want to look after themselves properly. The approach is to train like an athlete, with small group personal training and fitness classes designed to help members get fitter, leaner, stronger and more mobile, reduce aches and pains, and feel young again in their bodies.

Members start with a one-to-one induction session, with an optional body composition analysis, and get nutrition guidance alongside their training. The vibe is down-to-earth and supportive, with no spa fluff or meat-market atmosphere, and members describe a welcoming community and top-class trainers.

The Adamstown location is one of four ABC Gym sites in West Dublin and Kildare, alongside Clane, Lucan and Trim.
