K78 Training is a welcoming, unintimidating gym in Lucan, west Dublin, opened in January 2022 by owner and head coach Darragh Molloy. It offers over 40 group sessions a week for ages 16+, led by certified coaches.

Classes include the HYBRID programme (Strength, Engine and Comp), BUILD and SCULPT weight-training sessions, and the K78 RIDE spin studio with RIDE30, RIDE45 and SPIN HIIT, using Polar heart-rate tracking and in-house mixed playlists. K78 is the only official HYROX affiliate gym in the Lucan area and a TRYKA affiliate.

Private one-to-one and two-to-one personal training is also available. Classes can be booked through the K78 Training app, and the first class is free for new clients.
