Empower Fitness Hub is a welcoming double-floor fitness studio in the heart of Lucan village, Co. Dublin, where all are welcome to build both mindset and strength. The team of friendly, knowledgeable personal trainers designs individual programs around each client's goals, fitness level and lifestyle, with personal accountability and ongoing progress monitoring.

Alongside one-to-one training, the studio runs group classes including strength & conditioning, HIIT, boxercise and Mama & Baba Fit for post-natal mums who can bring their babies along. New clients can start with a free in-person consultation, and free parking is available on site.
