Phoenix Gymnastics Club is one of Ireland's leading gymnastics clubs, welcoming members of all ages from 6 months to adults across its full-time training centres in Park West, Tallaght, Sandyford and Portlaoise.

Classes run daily and suit every level, from complete beginners to international-level gymnasts, coached by fully qualified, Garda Vetted staff on Olympic-standard equipment.

The programme includes pre-school Mini Gym, Junior Gym and Open Gym sessions, General Gymnastics for ages 4-16, adult and teen sessions, an adult fitness class that blends strength training with gymnastics, GymABLE sessions, and invite-only competitive programmes.

Children work toward termly goals such as the Phoenix Show, the Phoenix Badge Scheme or the annual club competition, the Phoenix Shield. Spaces are booked online through Bookeo, and the club also runs a kit shop.
