Ninja Fitness Ireland

Ninja Fitness Ireland runs children's movement classes in the Kildare area, including Mini Ninja Training for preschoolers aged 3 to 5. The 45-minute preschool sessions are held after school at local venues such as Leixlip GAA, Scoil Ui Riada in Kilcock and Gaelscoil Ui Fhiaich in Maynooth.

Alongside Mini Ninja, the programme includes Ninja Training for primary school children, a Junior & Senior Infants class and Gymnastics Training for ages 5 to 12. Classes follow a termly timetable, and trial places are offered on every class, with online booking and a waiting list when classes are full.
