FightR is a boxing gym on Gaelic Street in North Strand, Dublin, founded by former amateur boxers Emmet Brennan, Jordan Moore and Eric Pigott. It welcomes complete beginners, experienced fighters and everyone in between, with a community built on discipline and respect.

The class timetable covers beginner, female, advanced/technical and sparring boxing, plus padwork, non-contact boxing, conditioning, Hyrox-style training and personal boxing sessions. Classes are coached in small groups, with a ratio of around four clients per coach in padwork sessions.

Beginner classes focus on footwork, defence and controlled punching with no pressure to spar, and an intro offer of three classes makes it easy to try the gym. Classes are booked online through Mindbody.
