Physio Yoga Cork

PhysioYoga Cork is a physio-led yoga practice in Cork City run by Johanna Huber, a physiotherapist and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience. Weekly classes at South Parish Community Centre on Sawmill Street come in Beginners, Mixed Level and Intermediate versions, and each moves at a slow, steady pace.

A typical class opens with breath or awareness work, then explores poses for flexibility, balance and strength, and ends with guided relaxation. Each week follows a theme, such as the hips, lower back or using the breath to relax. Seasonal mini-retreats are held at the Quaker Meeting House.

The approach is inclusive and evidence-based, with options adapted to each person, and beginners are welcome. Hands-on support is offered only when needed and always with consent.
