The timetable covers mat Yoga and Pilates, infrared (hot) Yoga and Pilates, Reformer Pilates in small groups of around five, and a strong prenatal and postnatal offering including Pregnancy Yoga, Pregnancy Pilates, Mum & Baby classes and baby massage. Beginners are well catered for with a Beginner Mat Pilates course and a 4-week Intro to Reformer.
