My Bodyworks is a small, friendly Pilates and muscle treatment studio in Cork, run by Grainne Sugrue, a qualified Pilates instructor, pre- and post-natal fitness instructor, and sports massage and neuromuscular therapist with over 20 years of experience.

The studio offers Reformer Pilates (mixed level), Mat Pilates, Rehabilitation Pilates, Pre-Natal Pilates, Post-Natal Mommyfit Pilates and Spinning, and muscle injury treatments. Classes run through the week, including morning and evening Reformer sessions plus dedicated pregnancy and post-natal classes.

Clients are referred by GPs, physios, osteopaths and acupuncturists, and Grainne takes a holistic approach, recommending treatment and/or exercise to suit each person. Online booking is available.
