Centred Wellness Collective is a welcoming Pilates and movement studio based at Garryduff Sports Centre in Rochestown, Cork, founded by coaches Krissy and Grace.

The studio focuses on small-group reformer Pilates for all levels, from beginners to experienced movers, alongside a separate Mat Studio offering mat Pilates, barre, yoga, mobility, strength training and restorative movement.

Specialist options include pre and post natal Pilates with mum and baby sessions, a more dynamic Pilates for Athletes class for teens and adults, and men-only reformer classes. Workshops covering breathwork, meditation and sound baths are offered, studio hire is available, and private one-to-one sessions and Pilates teacher training are planned.

The emphasis is on quality coaching, consistency and a supportive, confidence-building atmosphere.
