Solis is a boutique Pilates studio in Douglas, Cork, specialising in Reformer Pilates and Infrared Heated Mat classes. Its welcoming, all-levels approach pairs calm, elevated studio spaces, warm lighting and curated playlists with classes designed to build strength with control.

The timetable runs from Reformer Foundation, Strength, Flow and Elevate to mat classes including the signature Hot Sculpt, with options suitable for pregnancy. Private one-to-one sessions and Mum & Baby Pilates are also available, and the studio runs occasional Pilates retreats. Free parking is available on site.
