Inner Light Yoga is a Cork-based yoga practice founded by Karolina O'Brien (Krzemianowska), a professional teacher with over 10 years of experience and a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Classes run in person at Douglas Community Centre and online via Zoom, with a strong focus on correct alignment, breathwork, meditation, stress management and posture.

Hatha Flow classes welcome complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, with modifications always offered.

Beyond group classes, Karolina offers private one-to-one sessions at home or online, including restorative work for recovery after surgery, corporate yoga and chair yoga for workplaces, and weekend or week-long retreats at the Burren Yoga Retreat Centre with vegetarian meals.

She also sells guided meditation series, offers gift vouchers and has published over 150 free classes on YouTube.
