Douglas Yoga Centre is a purpose-built yoga studio in the heart of Maryborough Woods Estate in Douglas, Cork. The centre offers classes for all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, including Hatha, Gentle Hatha, Kundalini, prenatal, mum and baby, kids and teen yoga, plus Pilates and Spiral Stabilization.

Classes are led by a team of individual teachers, and bookings are made by checking the schedule and contacting the teacher directly. Beyond group classes, the centre provides one-to-one yoga for stress, anxiety and eating disorders, corporate yoga, pregnancy massage and counselling, with an online library available for home practice.
