The Unit Gym in Clara, Co. Offaly is a community-focused gym and fitness studio with two fully equipped gyms, specialised spaces for yoga and Pilates, and a café serving coffee, smoothies and post-workout shakes.

Classes cover circuits, strength and conditioning, Pilates, yoga, a Rox Club HYROX-style session and fitness classes for kids and teens, all bookable online and suitable for every level. The gym runs The Unit HYROX Series of six events through 2026, plus The Unit Challenge and team-building programmes for corporate groups, clubs and schools.

Membership starts at €50 per month, with student and over-55s rates and flexible day passes.
