Swimtastic is a family-run swim club teaching swimming and water confidence to all ages and abilities, with qualified instructors in the water alongside learners.

Programmes span Parent & Baby, Parent & Toddler, Parent & Pre-schooler, the Junior Swimming Academy, Adult Swimming Courses, an Adult Water Confidence Course and Pregnancy Aqua Yoga, plus aqua aerobics-style fitness classes. Courses run in heated pools in small, friendly groups at venues including The Waterworks in Killerrig, Carlow, and Naas.

Programmes are accredited and approved by Swim Ireland, STA (UK) and Birthlight, and the relaxed, encouraging approach is especially popular with nervous beginners, new parents and families.
