Rainbow Rocket North is a brand-new indoor bouldering gym located a short walk from Cambridge North station. Specialising in bouldering — rope-free climbing on low walls with crash mats — it offers sessions for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced climbers.

First-timers aged 18+ can boulder independently after watching an induction video and completing a pre-registration form. Beginner-friendly coached sessions, family tasters, and weekly social climbing events such as Gals and Pals and Vertical Vibes are also available.

The gym is part of the Rainbow Rocket family, Cambridge's original bouldering brand with two premium centres across the city.
