The best Pilates studios in Manchester 2026

Manchester has 21 independent Pilates studios, twelve with enough reviews to judge. Classical, reformer, hot mat and Olympian-founded — here are ten worth knowing, and how to choose between them.

Pilates or yoga: which one should you choose?

They look almost identical from the outside — a mat, comfy kit, a lot of breathing. They train very different things. We compare the goal, the intensity, the price and the class itself, using real data from 1,561 yoga studios and 1,563 pilates studios across the UK.

Class pass or monthly membership: which works out cheaper in London?

The right answer depends entirely on how many classes a week you actually attend — here is the real maths behind both models in London.
