The Studio is a small-group Reformer Pilates studio at Unit 2, Plantation Road, Monaghan, run by Image Fitness Training. Classes last 50 minutes, with no more than six people on the reformers, and run seven days a week. The timetable covers Reformer Flow (the signature all-levels class), Foundations for beginners, and Strong, which uses heavier springs and light weights.

There are also women-only Ladies Reformer, Men's Reformer, a gentler Active Age Reformer and Men's Mat Pilates. Beginners are advised to start with Foundations, and a Trial Pass makes it easy to try the studio. Memberships have no contract, and grip socks are required for every reformer class.
