The Fitness & Therapy Centre is a boutique Pilates and recovery studio on Plantation Road in Monaghan Town, run by instructor and neuromuscular therapist Niall McDonald. The studio offers small-group Reformer Pilates and Burn + Tone Reformer classes (50 minutes, maximum 4 people), plus Mat Pilates with up to 10 per class, including a men's class.

Beginner and improver sessions run across the week, from early mornings to evenings and Saturdays. Alongside classes, the centre provides sports massage (neuromuscular therapy and orthopaedic sports massage) and Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapy for pain relief and faster recovery.

The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and focused on mobility, flexibility, core strength and enjoyable training.
