Reformat Pilates is a friendly Reformer Pilates studio in Cavan town, on Bridge Street. It is run by instructors with over ten years of combined Pilates experience, eight years teaching mat Pilates and two years specialising in Reformer.

Classes are low-impact and expert-led, and aim to build core control, strength, flexibility and posture on state-of-the-art reformer machines. The studio welcomes everyone aged 16 and over. The beginner-friendly 101 class suits newcomers, while Flow and Mixed Level classes challenge more experienced clients with creative sequences and a strong core focus.

Classes are small, with around six spots each. Booking is online, either as a drop-in or a 5-class pass valid for 8 weeks. Members praise the relaxed, warm and supportive atmosphere.
