The Good Back Clinic is a physical therapy and Pilates clinic based at Cavan Leisure Complex, run by Áine Kelly, a CORU Registered Physical Therapist and STOTT trained Pilates teacher. The clinic combines whole-body assessment and hands-on treatment, including myofascial work, cranial therapy and one-to-one Pilates, with a full timetable of small-group Pilates classes.

Classes run in 6-week terms and cover beginner, intermediate, pregnancy, postnatal (Mamalates) and men's Pilates, with light equipment introduced progressively. Live online courses and on-demand video programmes are also available for anyone who prefers to train from home.
