Rónin CrossFit

Rónin CrossFit is a Dublin CrossFit gym on Esmond Avenue in Fairview, just off Richmond Road near Ballybough, and has been helping members reach their fitness goals since 2010. Every new member starts with a free 25-30 minute consultation and a short block of one-to-one personal training in a private setting, so nobody is expected to just jump in.

From there you can continue with personal training or join small-group CrossFit classes with a culture that values health over competition. The timetable also includes BabyBells post-natal classes, Over 55s lift sessions, teens CrossFit, bootcamp, Hyrox, conditioning and triathlon strength work.

Goal reviews at 30 and 90 days, an in-body scanner, weekend classes and monthly community events round out the experience, and there is ample parking and bike locking outside.
