Rosana Fiore Yoga - Mycenae House

Rosana Fiore Yoga offers Iyengar Yoga classes in South East London and online, led by certified teacher Rosana Fiore, who has been sharing her passion for yoga for over 10 years. Originally from Argentina and based in London, Rosana brings precision, warmth and a sense of humour to her teaching.

Classes are suitable for all levels — including complete beginners — and cover general, dynamic, restorative and pranayama formats. In-person sessions take place at venues in South East London including Manor House Library and Kingswood Hall in Blackheath, with regular workshops also held at Thomas Tallis School. Online classes are available live-streamed throughout the week.

Monthly plans include In-Person (4 classes), Unlimited Online (30+ classes) and a Hybrid option combining both. A series of three in-person Iyengar Yoga workshops — Happy Hamstrings, Happier Lower Backs, and Soul in the Soles — runs from September to November 2026, exploring how intelligent movement creates stability, freedom and confidence.
