Salsa is Life is a friendly, inclusive Cuban dance school founded and run by Tania and Abelardo Salabet. Abelardo grew up in Old Havana and was formally trained in Latin dance, teaching at Salsabor a Cuba in Havana before bringing his passion to Bristol.

The school offers classes in a wide range of Cuban dances — including Salsa (beginner, improvers and advanced), Rueda de Casino, Afro-Cuban Rumba, Folklore Yoruba, Son, Cha cha chá and Mambo — taught in a stepwise manner with capped class sizes. Private lessons and bespoke wedding dance choreography are also available.

Special events such as open days, workshops and charity fundraisers are held throughout the year.
