JWC Health & Fitness is Holmes Chapel's coach-led gym and personal training facility, operating since 2016. Unlike a traditional gym, every session is led by a qualified coach, with small groups capped at 15 to ensure real, personalised attention.

Services include group personal training, 1:1 personal training, HYROX coaching and simulation events, nutrition coaching (Elevate with Kate), contrast recovery (ice bath, infrared sauna and breathwork), physiotherapy, and coached programmes for beginners.

With 70+ sessions a week running from 6am to 9pm daily, free on-site parking, and a strong community focus, JWC helps everyday people in Cheshire build lasting confidence, strength and healthy habits.
