Sarvāṅga is a small, intentionally created yoga and wellbeing studio tucked away just outside Wokingham at Holme Grange Craft Village. Founded by Rebecca in 2015, it offers weekly yoga classes (Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Restore, Qigong), breathwork, meditation, sound baths, seasonal workshops, and 1:1 energy healing sessions.

Classes are kept small and personal, taught by a curated team of experienced teachers who blend traditional and contemporary approaches. All levels are welcome — mats, blocks and blankets are provided.
