Sheffield Yoga for You offers friendly, inclusive yoga classes across multiple venues in Sheffield, rooted in the Satyananda (Bihar School of Yoga) tradition. A typical class combines yoga postures, movement sequences, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation, with mantras, mudras and meditation introduced as practice deepens.

Classes are taught safely and progressively, with adaptations offered, and are run on a term-time basis. In addition to regular weekly classes, the teacher offers Chair Yoga, Yoga & Sound Baths, Yantra Painting Days, short courses in Yogic Tools for Mental Health, Thai Yoga Massage, and occasional yoga retreats. Several classes are also available live via Zoom.
