Shen Yoga is the practice of Sophie Shenstone, a Bath-based yoga teacher and holistic bodyworker with over two decades of experience. At New Oriel Hall in Larkhall, Sophie teaches flowing, breath-led, meditative hatha yoga courses suited to beginners, returners and multi-level students.

Her approach combines core strength and dynamic flow with inner qualities of listening, non-competitiveness and embodied enquiry. Alongside yoga, she offers Shen Massage — an intuitive bodywork treatment drawing on shiatsu, Thai yoga and deep tissue massage, described as 'like having yoga done to you'.
