Spirit Mind & Body Studio is a welcoming yoga and Pilates studio in Crawley, West Sussex, offering classes for all levels, bodies and ages.
The studio features two distinct spaces: The Flame Studio, with infrared heat between 28°C–38°C for Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Sculpt and Hot Hatha; and The Wave Studio, an unheated room for Yin Yoga, Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation and monthly Sound Baths. Expert teachers guide every class, and a first free Discovery Pass makes it easy for newcomers to get started.
