Quantum Qigong offers online Zoom classes in Zhineng Qigong led by Jeremy Colledge, a teacher with over 20 years of experience. Classes run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30–10:30am UK time, covering Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down, BodyMind Form and Self Healing. One-to-one therapy sessions, Bazi/I Ching consultations and a self-study online course are also available.

Jeremy specialises in supporting those with chronic illness, blending ancient Chinese Qigong practice with the principles of Quantum Physics.
