Superhero Fitness is a 24/7 community gym in Felixstowe, founded by Liam Hunn and open since 1st April 2017. The gym features 5 spacious indoor training rooms plus an outdoor fitness area, and is the only Hyrox-affiliated gym in the area.

Services include 24/7 gym access, coached group classes (Strength, Engine-Hyrox, SuperHIIT, Hybrid-Hyrox, Yoga, BoxingStars), personal training, small group PT, transformation programmes, online coaching, Fit3D body scanning, and a run club. The community ethos is central to everything — members are encouraged to take part in competitions, charity events and socials together.
