Temple Bar Yoga

Temple Bar Yoga is a Dublin yoga studio in the Wooden Building on Cow's Lane, founded in 2005 by Greg Walsh, who has taught since 1999. The teaching centres on alignment, with precise instruction, careful observation and hands-on correction. Classes are capped at twelve so that everyone gets attention, from complete beginners to people with twenty years of practice.

Most teachers trained at the studio on its own 200- and 500-hour programmes, which keeps the method consistent from class to class. Beyond the weekly timetable there are masterclasses open to all levels, more technical workshops, private classes, retreats and ongoing training for yoga teachers. New students can try a 30-day unlimited intro pass.
