AKA HQ is a two-storey, 8,000+ sq ft gym built by Alan Kelly, who spent a decade visiting leading gyms across Europe to create his dream facility. Equipment is hand-picked from brands such as Nautilus, Cybex, Gym Leco and Panatta.

It includes a dedicated cardio section with cross trainers, stairmasters, assault bikes and watt bikes, plus a strength area with dumbbells from 2 to 70 kg, squat and power racks and a Smith machine. Separate male and female changing rooms are provided.

The atmosphere is inclusive and community-driven, welcoming everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes, with experienced trainers offering personalised workouts and nutrition plans.
