ABC Gym CLANE

ABC Gym is a coaching-first gym for people in their 30s, 40s and 50s who aren't professional athletes but want to look after themselves properly. The approach is to train like an athlete: small group personal training and fitness classes that help members get fitter, leaner, stronger and more mobile, and ease everyday aches and pains.

The atmosphere is supportive and welcoming, with no spa fluff or meat-market vibes, and a tight-knit members' community. New members can start with a 14-day trial that includes a 1-1 induction session with an optional body composition analysis, plus 12 credits to try small group PT and fitness classes. Locations include Clane, Lucan, Adamstown and Trim.
