Engine Room is a family-run personal training studio based in a converted church near Regent's Park. Founded by Chris, who has been coaching since 1997, the studio offers structured, coach-led sessions for people returning to fitness or starting out for the first time.

Every member receives a personal consultation, a tailored strength or hybrid programme, and ongoing support to stay consistent. The environment is calm and private, designed for those who don't feel comfortable in typical gyms.
